It’s blog circle time again, I look forward to this every month! We reached a huge milestone in our family, the first child has started Kindergarten! I was not emotional at all, when usually I cry so easily. Noah was so excited to go to school that I didn’t have a chance to be sad or teary eyed as I saw him off. It was all he could talk about for weeks. He woke up early and packed his own lunch, snacks and back pack. He still insists on packing his own lunch. While I am very proud of his new found independence, I am a little sad that he won’t let me take care of his lunch. We took the required ‘First Day of School’ photos on the front porch. Then we walked to the bus stop. Noah and Oliver races and jumped in puddles. After Noah climbed on the bus and the doors closed, Oliver started to ask where Noah was going. When the bus drove away nearly cried. THAT is what got me. Not my baby going off on the big yellow bus to spend his whole day at school. Nope. It was the three year old little brother who has never spent a day apart from his big brother, sad, lost and wanting to know “where is Noah going???”
Thank you for stopping by, now continue the circle and please check out Jennifer Jones and see what she has been up to!
